Who Am I
I am certified through the International Coaching Federation, and I spent over twenty years leading teams and guiding multi-million-dollar businesses through transformation. That experience taught me what I now build into every engagement. Clarity, accountability, and a leadership mindset are what make success hold. Reactive decision-making does not.
My approach combines self-awareness work, values discovery, and outcome-driven coaching, so you can lead with confidence, clarity, and integrity.
I do not offer prescriptive formulas. I offer space. Structured, intentional space to see yourself clearly, define what truly matters, and lead from that place.
Leadership is a journey, and the growth that matters is the growth that lasts.
What It Is Like to Work With Me
Strategy comes from self-awareness. Until you understand the patterns driving your energy, your decisions, and your reactions, clarity and consistency stay out of reach. We build understanding before we build plans.
Our work creates space to slow down, reflect, and name what is really going on: the stories, the habits, and the expectations shaping how you lead and how you relate to people. From there we turn that awareness into intentional action. Decisions that align with your values. Conversations that build connection. Strategies that serve the kind of leader and person you want to be.
Expect me to listen closely, ask direct questions, and challenge your assumptions with compassion and precision. My role is to hold up the mirror, so you can see clearly, think boldly, and move forward with confidence.
I integrate proven frameworks. I do not coach from a script. Every session follows what is most present and most needed that day.
Together we uncover patterns, align purpose with performance, and build the habits that keep you grounded when everything around you moves fast.

- Mindset before strategy. The way you think determines how you grow. I challenge leaders to move from reacting to creating, and to build confidence in their own decisions.
- Growth must be sustainable. Quick wins fade. Scalable, repeatable systems outlast any one leader.
- Clarity and accountability create momentum. You plateau without clear direction and accountability. I help leaders remove bottlenecks, empower their teams, and align vision with execution.
- Leadership is a skill. Stepping into a bigger role and stepping back from daily operations are both intentional evolutions.
